Tree Planters...Actually, we are concerned with both the employers who manage the tree planting function and the workers who do the hard physical labor in planting trees. In the US, the majority of forest land owners practice reforestation. Paper companies, the US government and private land owners need to replant their land to renew our foests after harvesting the trees. Many acreages can be replanted by machine with few workers needed to accomplish the work. Other land, because of slope, features, rocks, debris do not lend themselves to machine planting. They must be planted by hand in a tedious and strenuous manner. In other words, hard, physical work. Let's not kid ourselves. Few people want to do this work. However, there are forgine workers who need to wokr and earn money to support their families who are willing to come to the US and tackle this work. The trick is to identify the people who will actually come here, do the required work and return home at the end of the contract.
