Concrete WorkersMany concrete contractors, bricklayers and concrete finishers work on a seasonal basis. All of them know how hard it is to find and retain good, reliable, hardworking concrete workers for seasonal work or for a new, unexpected contract. Many employers of concrete workers have discovered that there are Mexican workers who are skillful, careful workers who do excellent artistic crafting for customized hand work. When you become a Certified Employer ,you will have access to some great Mexican workers who will get the job done. Working concrete is one area where Mexican workers excel. Because of the lack of construction wood in Mexico, most construction is done with adobe, bricks and concrete blocks. Many poor Mexicans grow up doing this work at least part-time. The build their own houses and help others on projects. Even the the poorest campesino will try to work in construction when the corn has been harvested and during other times of the year. When we interview workers in Mexico, we explore the extent of experience and experience level in concrete work that the workers have. This is a website in progress.
